The aim of the counselling sessions is to prepare you beyond your sessions giving you tools, techniques and methods to deal with your deep lying root causes. The time of the sessions is directly proportional to your understanding the issues. The faster you grasp your nature and its issues the faster you will heal. It is common to schedule regular weekly sessions initially for the first 2-3 weeks and most people choose to move into a bi-weekly or monthly schedule as they progress. You may see progress sooner; some may prefer to work more slowly and deliberately.
Depending on your specific needs, our work together can be short-term (4-6 sessions), for a specific issue, or longer-term (10+ sessions), to deal with more difficult patterns or your desire for more personal development.

Appointments for our sessions are available from 10 AM to 10 PM Monday through Saturdays. We also take sessions on and Sundays on special request however availability varies depending on the schedule.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Credit cards. We accept UPI and online payments such as google pay and personal checks. Payment is due at the end of each session.

Yes, we offer teletherapy.
It involves remote therapy sessions that you do via video calls, email, or telephone instead of having a in person session at our place. You can schedule a time to meet online, for which we will send you a link to join the video call or schedule a call.

We are all fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and we believe that you should be too. We acknowledge that vaccination is a personal choice, but we also encourage you to make healthy personal choices, so please get vaccinated.
